How payment works
The placement fee is paid in two parts: a first part after you receive your offer letter, and the rest as monthly EMI from your take-home salary. The EMI option carries an additional cost.

If you need a new job later
Replacement support helps you move to a new job. Charges depend on the total take-home salary you earned in your first job: free below a certain level, partial above it, and a full new placement fee at higher levels. Client round charges follow the same three levels.

Changed your mind? Exit options
Within five days of signing the agreement, or after five or fewer interviews, provided you were not selected by any of those companies.
Applies to termination or exit after more than five interviews. The amount is stated in the agreement.
Referral rewards
Refer friends and earn rewards, valid for one year from the placement date of your first referred friend.
